Poems of the War: Between The Free and UnFree

There is a battle between the Free Peoples of this world,
and the unfree,
where dark dictatorship
still rages
where murder and slaughter
are easily done
by the thousands
every week,
any day.

There is the hope of peace in our face,
but force,
ultimately
supports the law
we devise
we implore.

Are we strong enough
to win freedoms name,
never won,
always gained?

There is the prayer in us
that we might be
in loving harmony
with all we know,
and in this world,
slaughterous and wild.
Humankind has not yet risen to know
the kind of world
we know we could be,
if only enough
were willing to free
themselves of greed,
of envy,
of all the sins
the human heart is capable of.

In the battle of good and bad
that rages in each spirit's soul,
choices made
play out their rope,
and bring back to each
their bloody gold.

How will freedom succeed,
in such of world
of bitter hope,
if free peoples are not willing
to fight,
to hold?

Now is the hour we've been waiting for.

The world must rise and take up hope,
take up scope of humanity.
The world must rise
to something more,
where murderous rule no longer holds.

What are you willing to do,
or be,
for your self,
for your further humanity?

All peace is succored
by reality of force.

All law upheld by arms of know.

Poems of the War: 12 years and 17 Resolutions Ago

12 years and 17 resolutions ago,
our great human hope,
for unity of mind and spirit,
as represented by
the promise of what
the United Nations,
has prayer to be,
We as a world
Stood united
In the the belief
that there is sometimes cause
to utilize force,
when force of request,
courtesey of word
holds no command.

For in the criminal and black hearted,
cruel and murderous,
greed of dismal self,
perverted in the blood of its world,
Its' peoples,
all nature
dying in the breath,
who knows no line in the sand,
no grief,
no command,
and will not cease,
by mere asking and beseech,

That cause of force,
must surely stand,
for there are causes worthy
of dying for,
attempts to set humanity free
of a deadening that spreads,
If there is no impede.

There are causes worthy of taking to the field,
of laying life on the line,
for the sake of belief,
for the sake of liberation.
Disarmament is never free.

How to take the teeth of the monster,
the lies from the preach,
the darkness from the slaughterous
enslavement of our fellow humanity.

Disarming the poison,
the terror,
the bomb,
has led us to the battle,
where suffering people
have suffered too long.

Where is their day of liberation,
Sing?
Who stands to help them?
Who stands to free?

12 years and 17 resolutions ago,
the whimpering,
pleading sounds,
of appease,
that allows
the killing,
the suffering,
the horrors of decimation,
against our fellow sisters and brothers,
humanity must live,
as one.

Murderous Tyrants, who steal the wealth
murder Freedom,
Life of their people,
Lands,.
Labor,
Oil,
of all their children,
bloodied in their hands
that squeeze all essence,
all breath,
all privilege,
all future,
all past,

that set up their stolen goods
in private Swiss bank accounts
the world knows about,
In off-shore,
invisible scams.
and the good in man
looks the other way.
and does nothing.
and dies that way.

We as a world,
United Nations,
Let these horrors stand.

Too many on the take,
Too many on the lamb.

Too many follow gods of greed,
Golden calves,
Bloodied bleed,
Hell on earth,
No heaven can win.

In naivety,
The peace niks,
care nothing for the
sufferings of the common man,
for none could bear witness
for thousands staring from
grim graves,
of murdered,
tortured,
enslaved.
when even the angels weep for man.

Who has the heart to step up to the plate?
Who has the bravery to stand up to this state?

Are there so few brave
enough
to believe,
that we must never loose our will
to succeed.

The dare is cast.
The flames are fanned.

Without the force to discipline,
there is no force,
no might of command.

On which side will you be?

There is a cost in doing nothing.
far greater a cost
than peace can stand.

For those afraid
who have nothing to pay,
nothing to give,
nothing to say,
stand in the way,
evil succeeds.

Humanity -
desires peace on earth.

Is it ripe,
or ready
for the price it must pay?

12 years and 17 resolutions ago,
did we have the will
to win this way?
